Kdmedia has established a stamper manufacturing system which is the key element of high-advanced multimedia product, such as CD / DVD.
Stamper is the process of DVD original disc-metal disc with photo-resisted glass and the laser recorded signals.

First, the glass is cleaned and the remnants are eliminated. Phto-Resister is applied on top of it. The signals are recorded with a laser beam. When the development Pit is formed, it becomes a disc. Above it, nickel thin film is formed with either the sputtering method or the non-electrolytic method. The thin film is coated, the nickel metal panel is exfoliated from glass, the attached Photo- Resister is eliminated, and then processed to complete and finish a stamper. |

 By inserting PC (Poly carbonate) in between the stamper and the mirror mold, a disc is made. When 2 of these discs are bonded and cured, a DVD gets made. |

 The whole manufacturing process from PC drying and molding injection to aluminum coating and locker coating is programmed and get carried out by a high-advanced computer system. |

 The controller maintains an appropriate printing speed and quality and prints either the CD or the DVD, which have been completed by going through the silk screen printing, UV curing, 4-color offset printing, etc., from the left side of the photo. They get piled up in the spindle on the right side. |

 Highest-quality labels are printed by using a screen 5-color machine and an offset 6-color machine. |
